Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Delivery charge (£4.95) is added at the checkout.
Payment is taken through HSBC secure e-payments.
We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
Your order will be confirmed on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability.
Payment is taken at the time of your order.
If a product is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to explain your options. If payment has already been received we shall credit your account with the appropriate amount as soon as is practicably possible.
Cancellations
Once orders have been shipped they cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order by telephone (01635 255154, Mon - Sat 9am - 5pm) before it is shipped. If cancellation is made before items are shipped a 2.5% handling charge will be deducted from your refund.
Prices
Prices are quoted in GB Pounds Sterling.
We reserve the right to amend the prices at any time.
The price you pay will be that at the time your order was placed.

Shipping And Handling
We do not usually ship outside UK mainland but in some cases we may be able to ship outside UK mainland for an additional cost, although this would have to be by prior arrangement with ourselves (please email us at sales@brighteyesandbobtails.co.uk before placing an order).
PLEASE NOTE:
If orders are placed from outside UK mainland without first checking with ourselves, a 2.5% handling charge (of the total cost of the order) will be deducted from refunds of orders that cannot be fulfilled.
The goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
It is important that you supply a daytime contact number.
Orders are shipped by couriers or Royal Mail recorded delivery and the delivery of goods may require a signature from someone at your address to acknowledge your receipt.
Delivery Schedule
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, normally within 5 - 7 working days.
Some items may take longer in which case we will notify you by telephone or e-mail.
Any dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and we cannot be liable for any delay however caused.
All damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Bright Eyes & Bobtails do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. To cancel you must give Bright Eyes and Bobtails written notice by one of the following methods:

Your notice must include your contact details, details of the goods ordered and the reason for return.
You will be responsible for returning goods to Bright Eyes and Bobtails (see contact address above) at your own cost except if goods have been sent to you in error or if they are damaged or faulty on arrival. You must also report damaged packages to the courier at the time of receipt.
If goods have been sent to you in error or are damaged or faulty on arrival you will receive a full refund for the items, including both sets of carriage costs.
If the product was a mistake on your part you will receive a refund only for the cost of the item and not for any postage of the item to you. The item's postage must be paid by you to return it. In addition, a 5% handling charge (of the cost of the item(s)), plus the £4.95 postage and packaging (or any additional postage costs), will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you obtain proof of sending when you return your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your account will be credited with your refund once returned goods have been received by us as soon as is practicably possible.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and within 28 days of their receipt. Items must be returned in the original packaging, with any relevant tags still attached.
