| Making A Purchase To make a purchase, just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Our standard delivery charge (£4.95) is added at the checkout. Payment is taken through HSBC secure e-payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. The goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. It is important that you supply a daytime contact number. Orders are shipped by couriers or Royal Mail and the delivery of goods may require a signature from someone at your address to acknowledge your receipt. You will be responsible for returning goods to Bright Eyes and Bobtails (see contact address above) at your own cost, except if goods have been sent to you in error or if they are damaged or faulty on arrival. Refunds will not include any of our additional shipping charges (such as for express delivery). You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. Goods should be returned as soon as practicable and we recommend that you obtain proof of sending when you return your goods. You must report damaged packages to the courier at the time of receipt. If goods have been sent to you in error or are damaged or faulty on arrival you will receive a full refund for the items, including both sets of carriage costs. Up to 28 days of their receipt, if you would like to return goods due to a mistake on your part (such as wrong size ordered) you will receive a refund only for the cost of the item and not for any postage (including any additional shipping costs) of the item to you.
